  • Cost for one week between 990 and 2490 € depending on the time of year.

  • Weekends excluding school holidays 690 to 990 € prices and conditions concerning during school holidays to be defined.

  • A deposit of 1500 € is payable at the beginning of the stay and returned a week after departure.
  • A down payment of 40% is required at the time of reservation.
  • The electric meter will be read at the beginning and end of the stay: estimated cost between 40 and 70 €.
    • 0,25 €/KWh : 7H30 -> 23h30
    • 0,20 €/kWh : 23h30 -> 7H30
  • Cleaning at the end of the stay: 120€ (
    Obligatory cleaning ).
  • Local tax in the town of Saint Amarin is 1€ per day/per person (children under 18 years free of charge).
  • Possibility to rent bed-linen, please order at the time of reservation: 20 € for a double bed (160×200)and 15€ for a single(90×190).
  • The heating (oil), the hot water, wood and maintenance products for pool and spa are included in the price (pool heated by solar energy and warmtepomp). Start 20/05/2019.
  • Rentals are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am, contact me for any special request.
